By no means exhaustive, here are some resources that I have been impressed with (some for quite some time and some more recently). I use the term mobility-fitness to emphasize a priority for good mobility for the health-span (as fit and mobile as possible for as long as possible). Of course, I recommend my own developed materials as well.

Yes/No Fitness contents: Books, booklets, and exercise posters

E3 Rehab Exercise

E3 Rehab Exercise Library

Precision Movement

Stephen Seiler

Steve Magness

Brian Clarke

Nicklas Rossner

Precision Movement

Squat University

One 'go to' book for those interested in health-related mobility and fitness (i.e., "longevity" or health-span):

Human Kinetics, Feb 25, 2013 - Health & Fitness - 456 pages

Check out ACSM annual trends reports, such as this year's 2026 report.

Canadians, we have our own 'Gold Standard' organization that cooperates with ACSM, CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology).

I will not disparage others. These are only suggestions.

Do your own due diligence!
